Red Cliff - Highly Recommend This Stop!

We so enjoyed the beauty of Highway 24 from Minturn to Tennessee Pass that we decided to come back on Saturday. Of course, on our way we took Loveland Pass again, and also ran down Highway 91 and back, over Climax.  We stopped to read all about the Molybdenum mining history and, now land reclamation, at Climax, as well as buying some Buffalo and Salmon jerky from the man at the small stand there...

The scenery along Highway 24 is stellar, with rock walls on one side of the road and intense valleys on the other side.

The Bridge on Highway 24 just outside of Red Cliff...from both directions...

The view of Red Cliff and the bridge from our roof-top table at Mangos.

Tampura Seafood Salad and Chicken Enchilada Pie.  DELICIOUS!  As a bonus, we had the roof to ourselves.  Beautiful, beautiful day.  I could get used to this!
